“MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” gives you 12 months unlimited use of our Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Sunday Delivery, Nominated Delivery and Click & Collect services for £9.95. You will still be charged for any Supplementary Delivery Charges which apply and the charges will be clearly detailed on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order. “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” is only available: to UK customers with registered Marisota accounts; and for delivery to UK addresses. “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” is only available for purchase online when logged-in to your Marisota account. However, once you’ve subscribed, you can use it when shopping online or over the phone. Your purchase of a “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscription is subject to acceptance by us. By purchasing “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” you understand and accept that the benefits will be available from the date of purchase. You may cancel your “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscription at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us on 0871 231 2000. If you have not placed any orders with us during this 14 day period, we will issue you a full refund of the £9.95 fee. However, if you have (or anyone authorised by you to use your account has) placed any orders during this 14 day period and incurred any delivery charges, the amount of your refund will be reduced or you may not receive any refund at all. All orders placed are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions for Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Sunday Delivery, Nominated Day Delivery or Click & Collect, depending on which type of delivery you choose. For Click & Collect the £40 minimum order requirement will not apply to “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscribers. We reserve the right to amend these “MARISOTA UNLIMITED DELIVERY” terms and conditions at our discretion and we will inform you of any significant changes.

Have your parcel delivered to one of 5000 myHermes ParcelShops in the UK, they're open typically 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, so you can visit when convenient to you. You'll be notified of your parcel's arrival by a text message and email. You'll also receive a unique PIN code to confirm your identity. Please bring this PIN with some photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence) when you call to collect your parcel. An easy & convenient service that's safe and secure at no extra cost! They also process returns. *Free delivery to ParcelShop may be available on orders £40 or over, subject to status and excludes certain products such as large items. If this delivery option is available to you it will be shown to you during checkout. Further details available on request.

Supplementary ChargesFor the bigger items
Sometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge. These items will be clearly marked with the supplementary delivery charge. This supplementary charge is to help us cover the cost of us having to get more handy men to deliver your parcel to you. We try to keep the cost as low as possible.
Christmas Last Order Dates*To get your delivery in time for Christmas Day
When are the cut off dates and times for Christmas orders?
Large/heavy items (2 person delivery) – 10th December by 10pm.
Items direct from our suppliers – 17th December by 10pm.
Standard Delivery & Click and Collect – 21st December by 10pm.
Next Day Delivery – 23rd December by 6pm (before 4pm for deliveries to Northern Ireland).
*In stock items only. Note: Direct Despatch Standard orders are given specific lead times / due dates at point of ordering - this is true for both web and telephone orders and for all carriers. Lead times are adjusted daily to reflect order volumes and supplier workloads.
Extended Return Policy*For purchases made between 20th October 2018 and 23rd December 2018
*All purchases made between 20th October 2018 and 23rd December 2018 will benefit from an extended returns period up to 15th January 2019. Purchased items must be returned in new condition (or unused in original packaging). Our standard product exceptions policy will still apply. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. For more information on our returns and product exceptions policy please refer to our ‘Easy Returns’ Terms and Conditions online.

If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (e.g 3 for 2, buy 1 get 1 free etc) you must include all the items bought within that deal.

Return Receipts +Don't forget your receipt!
However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.
