Click and Collect is a great delivery option that will suit you and your busy schedule, there is no need to stay in and wait for a delivery as you can pick up your item from a myHermes ParcelShop*

ParcelShop is a group of convenience stores (like Spar or Londis) who have signed up with Hermes to offer this service. The ParcelShop accepts the delivery of a parcel for you and holds it until you are ready to collect it.
If you place an order online and request standard delivery, you will be offered ParcelShop as a delivery option. Once your parcel is on its way you will get an email, when it has arrived at your chosen location you will get a text message to let you know. You will also receive a secure PIN code; you will need to take this PIN along with proof of identity to release your parcel at the ParcelShop. You can track your delivery online with Hermes in the usual way.
ParcelShops offer long opening hours (usually 7am to 10pm every day), great access and parking facilities. You can collect your items when it's most convenient for you - even when you've just popped out for a pint of milk!
Take your time - you can now order up to 10pm* online and your new outfit will be with you the very next day. If this option is available to you we'll let you know during checkout. Also available for Sunday Delivery!

If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (eg. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, etc) you must include all the items bought within that deal. See our terms and conditions for more details.
Return your parcel through automated parcel lockers that are available 24/7. Simply print a label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your preferred locker at a time that suits you.

You can return your parcel to us at any Post Office providing you use the Royal Mail returns label
However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.
