BYBOX DELIVERYOn the go? Get your items sent to a ByBox secure locker. ByBox will send you a text once it's available and pick up the items yourself.
SUPPLEMENTARY DELIVERY CHARGESSometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge. These items will be clearly marked the symbol on the left. The supplementary charge will appear in the van. This supplementary charge is to help us cover the cost of us having to get more handy men to deliver your parcel to you. We try to keep the cost as low as possible.

AT THE POST OFFICETape the Royal Mail returns label securely on your parcel and then take to your nearest Post Office.You must obtain a receipt.
RETURNS ON PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS(3 for 2, Buy one get one free etc)If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (e.g 3 for 2, buy 1 get 1 free etc) you must include all the items bought within that deal. See our terms and conditions for more details.
RETURN RECEIPTSPlease remember to keep either a receipt from the courier or a proof of posting from the Post Office. We won't be able to credit your personal account if your returned parcel goes missing, so please keep a copy of your receipt so that you can quote the unique reference code, should you have a query. You should keep this receipt until your statement shows that your return has been credited.
*Next day delivery only available for Marisota account holders. Orders must be placed before 8pm online only. Service only available in courier areas and subject to stock availability. Personalised and items sent direct from manufacturer are not eligible for Next Day service. We cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside of the stated schedule.
